People’s Choice Award

Members of the public are encouraged to participate in the Victorian Premier’s Literary Awards by voting for their favourite Shortlisted or Highly Commended book.

The winner of the People’s Choice Award will be named alongside the general category winners and will receive $2,000.

When casting your vote in the VPLA 2024 People’s Choice Award, you have the chance to go in the running to win a Summer Reading book pack, valued at approximately $300. This pack will include a selection of ten books, carefully curated by the Wheeler Centre team. Terms & Conditions available here.

Voting for the People’s Choice Award has now closed. The winner of the Summer Reading book pack will be notified via email by 6pm Tuesday 16 January 2024.
